Payments

Payment terms are stated in your quote. Work may be paused if payments are overdue. Third-party costs (such as domains, hosting, premium themes, apps and advertising spend) are billed as agreed and may be paid directly to the provider.

Client responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, content and timely feedback, and confirm you have the rights to any materials you supply to us.

Ownership

On full payment, you own the final deliverables created specifically for you, unless agreed otherwise. Third-party software, themes, fonts and stock assets remain subject to their own licenses. We may show completed work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

Marketplace and marketing services

Marketplaces and advertising platforms set their own rules and may change them at any time. We follow best practices but cannot guarantee specific rankings, sales or account decisions made by third-party platforms.

Hosting and domains

Domains are registered in your name. Hosting services are subject to the acceptable-use policies of our infrastructure providers. We are not liable for outages caused by third parties beyond our reasonable control.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA.
